Who We Are
The Young People of Today are the Leaders of Tomorrow
We Are Explorers is a non-profit community group based in Leigh that offers safe spaces, socialisation and support for local LGBTQ+ identifying, exploring and questioning young people.
​
Explorers is our free youth group for LGBTQ+ 13-19 year olds based at Patrick House in Leigh. Planned activities include movie nights, escape rooms, cooking sessions, art workshops, archery, nature walks, attending Pride events and much more!
​
As advocates for youth leadership, we actively encourage young people aged 25 and under to join our board of trustees or junior board for those aged under 18.
​
We also offer workshops to the local community, volunteering and fundraising opportunities.
​
Jam Unjarred offers entrepreneurship training, skills and work experience for LGBTQ+ artists, makers and producers from across the North West.

Jam Unjarred is our latest project showcasing the very best of LGBTQ+ produce from across the North West.

We'll give you an online and offline presence to sell your wares, training, skills and confidence in running your own business as well as valuable work experience.
